Laura was wonderful! From the moment we first spoke with her, she was very attentive to every detail. She took very complete notes as we talked and, because of this, she was able to move forward and make plans and arrangements that would suit our needs. Moreover, when we had to modify our original plan halfway through the process, Laura was very understanding and she was able to make all of the changes and additions necessary. We would definitely ask Laura to plan another trip for us and I am already recommending her to our friends.
