What is bespoke travel planning and how is it different from booking my own trip?
It all depends on what type of trip you are taking! Just the Hotel package is for travelers that know exactly which hotel they want to stay at and want to benefit from our partnerships to get access to perks. For a curated selection of hotel options to choose from, the Stay Collection Package is ideal. If you’re looking for a structured trip outline with recommendations for accommodations, dining, and activities, the Pre-Check Getaway is perfect. For a fully personalized and seamless experience with every detail handled, the Complete Concierge package is the way to go. Clients work with us for all types of trips!
How far in advance should I reach out?
Bespoke travel planning means I design a fully customized itinerary tailored to your preferences, interests, and travel style. Unlike booking on your own, I handle all the details—from finding boutique accommodations and unique experiences to managing logistics—so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free trip. Plus because of the partnerships we have with over 4500+ hotels around the world, I can often add perks like complimentary breakfast, upgrade, $100 credit, etc.
How do I know which package is right for me?
It’s never too early. As soon as you know you want to take a trip and have some dates please reach out! We recommend reaching out 4-6 months for most trips so you get your first pick.
What is your planning process?

Fill out the inquiry form, DM, or email us, and we’ll reply within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary consultation call to discuss your trip, travel style or project. Afterward, we’ll send a recap and custom quote. Once approved and planning fees are paid, we’ll begin creating your personalized trip!

The planning and project process takes about 1–2 weeks. We start with personalized hotel recommendations (up to one revision), then move to the itinerary. For some trips, we can present complete packages upfront. Everything is fully customizable!

Two weeks before your trip, we’ll send the final travel documents and offer an optional call to review your itinerary and answer any final questions to ensure everything goes smoothly!

How do you handle deposits, payments, and refunds?
I specialize in boutique, luxury, and experiential travel. Whether you’re looking for a honeymoon, romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a cultural immersion, I’ll design a journey that feels uniquely yours. I even do room blocks for big events like weddings or retreats! The majority of the trips I plan are to Europe and Latin America. I’ve visited 35 countries, and I’ve lived in Italy, Thailand and South Africa, and I spend a lot of time in Colombia. I have local partners on the ground all over the world that I work really closely with to ensure the best and most authentic experience.
A planning fee is required upfront to begin the process for stay collection, customized itineraries and customized design projects. Planning fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise invested in crafting your custom itinerary. Payments for accommodations and activities are subject to the policies of the respective providers. If you need to cancel or reschedule a design project, please notify me as soon as possible. Any fees already paid may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of the project.
